Well somewhere along the line, one of the largest property developers in Malaysia, Sime Darby Property, Broadway Malyan has been tasked to come up with plans for Southeast Asia’s first zero-carbon living. Prefabricated in modules, home not only make the cost down it also allows for rapid construction / deconstruction process. Showing deep overhangs that provide shade, open, flexible interior space to accommodate a variety of usage, greywater system to reuse water and green roof garden with rainwater capture systems for irrigation, we can say we definitely would not mind living in such an eco home.
