Luxury apartments by Koen Olthuis of Water Studio

When it comes to creativity and architectural design, against the flow can be unstable sometimes inspiration. Now, instead of against their ground water infiltration, the Netherlands will use it as part of a new development called ‘New Water’ – designed by Koen Olthuis Water Studio. The Citadel was the water breaking new project which features an energy efficient 60 luxury apartments, a car park, access road to the complex and floating boat docks. Seems large from the top and have what it takes to cause a serious look and consider moving into.
