Limited floor space of 30m ² has been equipped with the following functions: sleeping accommodation for 2 persons dining room to the kitchen, bathroom 4 bathroom with shower an area the installation of storage facilities. The purpose of the design is to create a living environment that will be widely despite the small volume, providing all the comforts of contemporary luxury accommodations. Apartment is a “bed & breakfast” located on the third floor in the attic of a private house in The Hague. Clients and owners living in the same building. Communal staircase provides access to the apartment, which functions autonomously from the rest of the building.
