Each bedroom suite or installed with an open balcony which not only provides a panoramic view of surrounding areas, but also ensure privacy while the horizontal louvers on the exterior provides protection from the harsh tropical sun. Some of these louvers light subtle colors that look like floating lanterns create a magical atmosphere at night. Inspired by a monolithic architecture, this hotel extends five centuries of bird and weapons to accommodate spa, health club, café, large pool, restaurant and suites at the top level. Winners of the competition to design a five-star hotel in the financial capital of Mumbai, India Hotel Panoramic by Planet 3 Studios Architecture Pvt. Ltd. as its name creating stunning scenery in addition to providing a peek into a bird sanctuary in lush green surrounding architecture.

Now if you ever feel that your car had to sleep in, not in the garage, the attic apartment CarLoft just for you. A glass wall separates your elevated garage from where you live but still allows for friends and family to appreciate your wheels. A German company named CarLoft presents an innovative way to solve the nightmare problem of parking, which can also be good for people who are tired of having their wheels removed or stolen. The basic idea is that you drive your car into a large elevator, which then took her to your flat and you drive it out onto the balcony to the park, you can see how this works from the picture below.
