Eight floor garden terrace, boutique shops, big brands and trendy dining has become an instant hit in shopping-crazy Osaka. In addition to providing highly visible green component in the city where nature is very rare, sloping park connects to the street, welcoming passers-by to enjoy the gardens of trees, groups of rocks, cliffs, grass, rivers, waterfalls, ponds and outdoor terraces. Namba Parks is a truly amazing part of architecture, a place where you’ll spend half your time shopping and the other half admired the design. Standing where the old Osaka baseball stadium until 2003, and consists of a building 30-floor skyscraper, Parks Tower, and 120-tenant shopping center that includes many restaurants and theaters.
Private residence in Seattle by Pb Elemental Architecture
Wide-store front windows facing the street add a voyeuristic element to the house, providing an intimate view of the master suite and living room floor. exposed cedar beams in the ceiling and steel staircase supported veil can be seen as well. From the moment I saw great examples of contemporary design. Designed by Pb Elemental Architecture is a private residence in Seattle’s Capitol Hill District exhibition practice in urban in-fill design with a project consisting of more than 1600 sf of space including a single car garage plus on site parking and green space.
Loft Residences Building by Unstudio
Metal bands twist like ribbons, wrapping Five Franklin Place with terraces and balconies, employing this decorative element as a functional tool. Interior of 55 homes designed in three different apartment types: Loft Residences, City Residences and Sky Penthouses, each with their own features a different architecture, the roof color and material choices. Five Franklin is a 20 floors building, designed by Ben van Berkel of Unstudio which will be located at 5 Franklin Place, between Broadway and Sixth in Tribeca. The building pays homage to the aesthetic iron icon TriBeCa, with a facade constructed from reflective black metal bands of varying width. Facade treatment offers privacy with maximum light and views within each residence.
