The villa that we present today is located in Cologny , near Geneva , Switzerland. Key resource of the house is the breathtaking view of Lake Geneva .The building was built in 1989, and therefore has a contemporary architectural style that comes from the composition between a half moon stone walls and two blocks in the shape of a rectangle with a cross cap.It consists of three floors with spacious rooms, suites, sun terrace and large gardens with lawns and trees. Luxury villas a residence in the Tuscan hills
The villa you see in the gallery is located in a beautiful landscape to the splendid Tuscan hills . Located about 60 km from Florence and 50 from Siena, the ‘ building has three levels, with a total area of 1.800mq. Around there romantics lakes and meadows. The 100 acres of land surrounding the house , attach a tennis court and the large garage.The interiors contain seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a spa with pool , sauna and whirlpool . Guests have the richly decorated rooms , like the rest of the residence. All the materials used – both the exterior and interior – are quite sophisticated, such as floors, fireplaces, statues and marble pillars, stucco, wood flooring and wrought iron balustrades. A castle in Tuscany with runway
An Etruscan castle , lovingly restored. The prestigious building is located in Cortona ( Arezzo ), on a hill in a panoramic position, overlooking the lake and the valley. The central part of the ‘ property is arranged over five levels and includes a hall, caretaker’s house, workshop, wine cellar and two bathrooms for guests on the ground floor. The first and second floors of the apartment owner, the third is a ‘ large library with a gallery of portraits. On the fourth floor you can get 5 rooms with bathrooms. The house is decorated with an ancient city wall with battlements.The castle is part of an estate that covers 1800 square meters. The buildings are 5: the main building , the guest house, a church , the former prison and throw away. All buildings are stone locally.
