Wide-store front windows facing the street add a voyeuristic element to the house, providing an intimate view of the master suite and living room floor. exposed cedar beams in the ceiling and steel staircase supported veil can be seen as well. From the moment I saw great examples of contemporary design. Designed by Pb Elemental Architecture is a private residence in Seattle’s Capitol Hill District exhibition practice in urban in-fill design with a project consisting of more than 1600 sf of space including a single car garage plus on site parking and green space.

This house was perforated by 52 windows set in a grid pattern. Just think for a second window 52 there will be plenty of work in the wash. The bedroom hangs in the sliding drawer that can be opened through the streets for alfresco sleeping, a very cool design. Located in the historic district Gelnhause, Germany, this unique project called the Living Room was designed by Seifert Stoeckmann. Now if you feel that your house is not enough windows, then I am sure that after you will see this project you will change your mind.

Concrete and Wood Facade by Paul Cha Architect

A second-floor atrium joining the main floor with a private second floor, where the guest bath, master bath and master closet form of service area. In conclusion this simple modern home is the perfect place where you can come and relax on the weekends, especially if you want to run away from the agitation of New York City. This modern home by Paul Cha Architect called the CI House is 2000 sq. ft. an endless vacation from the life of the city, situated around two hours drive north of New York City. External design is a “box” simple with concrete and wood facade. The first floor’s service area consists of the storage closet, powder room and kitchen making function easily accessible – although not too far away is the lavish living room and dining room encased in glass floor to ceiling with panoramic views opening onto the sun deck.
