The six lines in line with each other and take over different functions around the swimming pool like seats or couch or table surface or a roof that offers view-protection to the neighbors. A fragmentary strip as a way to have tasks that lead to a page. The pool was designed by Heri & Salli is the project’s most attractive swimming pool and modern I have ever seen, and it is designed to create and continue a kind of landscape character that includes different functions and tasks.

The challenge, however, is to maximize the desired volume and space without hurting the environment scale. The result is a bold statement in the contextual environment, otherwise typical architectural homogeneous. 2-story home located in the foot, trapezium-shaped sub-standard 2900 square (269 sqm) lot and replaced with existing 600 square feet (56 sqm) dilapidated house. 2000 square feet (186 m²) house take shape as a result of the many strange forms, respect for local zoning codes as well as attention to privacy voiced by neighbors. Designed by DLFstudio, the project is located within walking distance of downtown Culver City, a small town on the west side of Los Angeles, California.

Modern Minimalist Interior by Stanford Downey

Restored by Stanford Downey, from a house 100 years in a row features a green wall, solar atrium with passive heating and cooling vents, in-floor heating, beautiful kitchen open-spce Scavolini, acoustical sound wall between neighbors (scream as much as you want) and various green products. The bathroom and the bedroom really blew my mind. Everything is so well aligned, and color … oh the color. This is a dream house. Simply beautiful. For the lat 3-4 years I’ve become a fan of minimalist interior design, especially because I am far more productive in a clean but modern environment and secondly because it felt like I could breathe properly. Look at the Beverly House from downtown Toronto, which is what I described above.
