
Black Box Sin Den by Klein Dytham Architecture
Perhaps you have noticed that the wall tattoos and stickers are not very hot trend in interior design, and this black box with strong graphic images in white lines is a great example of innovation. From the exterior the house / salon is meant to stand out and draw attention to himself. Fill 50 square meter site with what is essentially a black box, the designers tried to create a strong graphic image on the box otherwise simple and great – shows creativity and uniqueness of the tenants. Located in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Sin Den was designed by Klein Dytham Architecture. The project was implemented in the area for young couples and baby as their living space with their hair salon. This salon leading ‘attract those who have their own style and seek a perfect hideaway.
Apartments in Slovenian Coast from Ofis
Designed to mimic the rhythmic structure of honeycomb, the layout creates “dynamic height and offers privacy to the neighboring owners.” The complex was built as low-income residence for young families and couples in the industrial district of Izola on the Slovenian coast. The project is simply called “Apartments on the beach” and was designed by OFIS (we presented another project made by them in this post. Tetris Apartments). Striking development offers beautiful scenery and intelligent use of the sun shade and natural ventilation to regulate interior throughout the year.
Young couple house in El Salvador
Designed by P & P Architects, El Salvador no kitchen, large living room with glass windows floor to ceiling and a small patio in front that gives a sense out of life. Promoting the natural light in the daytime and turn into beautiful homes lit at night, perfect for family or bachelor. Designed especially for young couples recently married in El Salvador, Casa Gutierrez has a wonderful feel of a contemporary house with a traditional space.
