Modern Minimalist Interior by Stanford Downey
Restored by Stanford Downey, from a house 100 years in a row features a green wall, solar atrium with passive heating and cooling vents, in-floor heating, beautiful kitchen open-spce Scavolini, acoustical sound wall between neighbors (scream as much as you want) and various green products. The bathroom and the bedroom really blew my mind. Everything is so well aligned, and color … oh the color. This is a dream house. Simply beautiful. For the lat 3-4 years I’ve become a fan of minimalist interior design, especially because I am far more productive in a clean but modern environment and secondly because it felt like I could breathe properly. Look at the Beverly House from downtown Toronto, which is what I described above.
Minimalist modern home in Copenhagen
The house is decorated with textured drunk in most parts, while the private areas such as the use of a bedroom feel more exotic and romantic to brighten the mood. Use of modern art on the walls along with the furniture plain casual and sports make this house look fresh and cool. Simple and elegant designs that are often far more interesting and compelling of the pieces of the most complicated and too many works of art. This wonderful stay in Copenhagen is all about creating a calm atmosphere with the feel of a simple, light tone and a lot of wood and glass to enhance the beauty of the interior.
Fantastic View Residence by Grant + Sinclair Architects
Apart from the visual splendor and a clear aesthetic, are also highly energy efficient homes with geothermal systems, solar panels for energy, and rainwater harvesting systems in place. Designed by Grant + Sinclair Architects and features of the prestigious Canadian ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN magazine, ocean front residence steal your heart with a beautiful bundle of contradictions. In addition to the fantastic sea views through the retractable door that leads to the exterior pool, the pool itself provides a house that looks very relaxed and ultra-cool. Then you get into the luxurious interior that radiates warmth comfortable with the use of Beechwood floors and ceilings, Pennsylvania bluestone wall and a very good use of glass.
