Showing deep overhangs that provide shade, open, flexible interior space to accommodate a variety of usage, greywater system to reuse water and green roof garden with rainwater capture systems for irrigation, we can say we definitely would not mind living in such an eco home.
Living Residence Design Architect
exterior is built of cedar siding with metal roof and interior features of Douglas fir ceilings and decking, sheetrock walls and floor of IPE. This house has a broad view of the glass facade of the north wall, while the height of the south wall to give privacy from the street outside, but still receive the light from clerestory windows. Open floor plan provides spacious residential feel despite the modest size of 1700 square feet.
