The mastermind behind this project is Vandeventer + Carlander Architects of Seattle, the United States. its spatial structure is designed so that all private areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms located on the ground floor to the second story is dedicated to one big entertainment room. Sliding doors reveal an outdoor patio to relax and enjoy the scenery. This place is definitely not for those who have a phobia of water or a mind to see some boats swing around when looking out the window.
