What you see is the House Paraty located in Brazil . Structure minimalist, sharp, almost futuristic, dominates and imposes on the environment that surrounds it without overwhelming. Which is no mean feat. The villa was designed by Marcio Kogan , the architect intended the structure is inspired by Ingrid Bergman , Federico Fellini and Andy Warhol . Paraty House is located on one of the many islands near the homonymous town of Paraty , which is close to Rio de Janeiro . The project idea is simple: in essence, the house consists of two overlapping blocks, two “large drawers” place one on the other, of different sizes. The two elements are connected by an internal staircase.Marcio Kogan, maybe even to raise the expectation for the realization of the structure, which had anticipated would be his greatest creation.And in fact the design of the villa has a strong character that does not fail to arouse curiosity and surprise. Of course the quality materials used. The wonderful wood that can be seen in the photos, was used for the outer parts which lead to the pool . Long and narrow, as are all the rage now.

The luxury home is located on the monster you today Ballantine Road Bernardsville, New Jersey, and is the former home of Alice Isabel Ballantine, daughter of founder Peter Ballantine, and her husband Henry Young Jr. A beautiful villa that has wide green space designed by architect Charles Alling Gifford: This is indeed an impressive manor house restored in greek style not too long ago, in a soft feminine style that adapts to what the columns that you see outside the house.A house that is particularly striking for the decor and the details that are inspired by a fine greek style that in this case takes on a decidedly feminine. But a bit ‘of masculinity is still one of the most charming of this villa: the study was in fact finished in a heavier style that is characterized by the use of wood dark, and looks very comfortable, a place where you would like to flounder one of those particularly cold nights by the fireplace reading a book.
