Contemporary Villa in Phuket by John Chadwick

House of 7500 square meters, sitting on a lot of 12,350 square meters, costing more than $ 2.5 million to build a few years ago. The top floor two-storey house including the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, office and terrace. The ground floor is more for the party, with three more bedrooms, exercise / game room and massage room, all surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with lighting and sound system. This house is owned by Real Estate Executive John Chadwick and I found it in NYTimes. For John Chadwick, two words that describe what led him to build a million-dollar villa on a peninsula overlooking bustling Patong Harbor: And after you see in the picture below you will agree that the views are out of breath “Display.”

Featuring a small courtyard garden in front and larger enclosed garden at the rear, the house makes it easy for those who want to live “close to nature.” Houses are under intensive remodeling by STUDIO Blueboat whose mission is to make living-room/dining-room bigger and to move the kitchen into the steel, zinc specifically designed and oak extension. Designed and built in 1967 by architect Colin Huntley, this beautiful terrace house three-bedrooms have been highlighted in the famous Buildings of England series.

That’s how I see this Parkfields living in England. Has 4 bedrooms, 27ft reception room leading to kitchen with raised dining room, family bathroom and integral garage, all modified some time ago, by Studio MG Architects. When defining the house of my dreams, I have some key elements of the building, exterior and interior have to pack. This clearly has a large open space of white, modern furniture, large windows to allow sunshines in, a small park or something similar, and many small details to make it unique.
